Job description Drayton Finch is an Executive Search firm dedicated to offering senior recruitment solutions to the Financial Services Market. We service clients within Asset & Wealth Management, Private Equity, Alternatives and Global Transaction Services across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
A vacancy currently exists for a Recruitment Administrator to work in our London office, based at Bank, to support our consultants and wider management team.

Duties
Database Administration:
- Formatting CVs and loading these onto the recruitment database, Profile
- Formatting Long List and Short List data for consultant ahead of their presentation to clients
- Creating new candidate and client records and updating existing records in Profile

Consultant Support:
- Organising interviews and booking telephone/video conferences
- Creating interview confirmation letters
- Arranging and re-scheduling consultant interviews
- Organising travel arrangements including booking of international flights and hotel accommodation

General Office Administration:
- Processing staff expenses
- General reception duties, including switchboard duties
- Processing new starters including desk/system set-up, ordering of business cards etc
- Printing and binding
- Ordering stationary and wider office supplies
- General office maintenance, including heath & safety and fire warden duties

IT:
- Assisting staff with general IT and system queries
- Liaison with external IT providers when issues arise to resolve in timely manner
- Telephone set-up, including landline and blackberry services

- Previous administrative experience in the recruitment industry essential
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills, with previous experience of Profile an advantage
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
