Job description Responsible for overall front office activities including the mail, and support services for different departments within the company and facilities. Also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sort and distribute mail.
2. Answer questions from all staff in regards to processes, orders, problems and inventory.
3. Manage staff to cover store, lunches, vacations.
4. Approve hourly time cards.
5. Month end Sales Reporting.
6. Error Reports.

How to apply KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. High school Diploma/GED required
2. Attention to detail
3. Good planning and organizational skills
4. Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
5. Computer literate, specifically Word and Excel. Ability to pick up new software applications quickly
