| Job description | Shop Floor Assistants are required for five of our busy oriental supermarkets around London, to deal with all shop floor duties including manual handling and to be committed to delivering great customer service. Candidates are expected to be Health and Safety conscious, self motivated, have good customer service skills, ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude are essential. Previous experience gained in a retail food industry would be an advantage. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. JOB PURPOSE • To be customer focused • To serve customers on the till • To replenish stock and adhere to all stock control procedures • To comply with all aspects of Company’s policies and procedures • To contribute to the branch’s sales targets • To give advice and information about products and services and help with any customer enquiries • To contribute to the tidiness of the shop floor |
