As Managing Director of this leading digital agency, you will have the Global responsibility to execute the strategy as defined by the Board of Directors. You will be starting a new subsidiary in the UK for this successful European digital agency. My client has an annual turnover of £30m and has been rated as the number one Digital Agency in the market, winning numerous awards for it’s innovate digital solutions and products. Clients include: Audi, Coca Cola, L’Oreal, Harley Davidson, GSK, Microsoft, Schweppes, Unilever, Orange, Samsung, BNP Paribas, Panasonic, Nestle plus many more… You will elaborate the objectives in terms of revenues, profitability and service offering and have an excellent understanding of customers’ business and their needs. You have exemplar experience in people management, as their resources are the primary assets of the group. You will be expected to report your activities to the Board Members and you will also participate in the strategic meeting of my client group and all the other affiliates. In addition you will represent my client at relevant business events and will be expected to increase the visibility and the awareness of my client within the UK market. Profile My client is seeking a high-level, high-energy Managing Director with strong business acumen and business development expertise with the ability to both inspire both their clients and motivate internal teams to deliver best projects. | How to apply | Capabilities:
• Proven history in digital & new media & technology, more recently in a senior management position including sales, people and finance responsibilities • At least 10 plus years management experience • Experience in engaging with & building and managing relationships with large corporations at C - level • In depth account management experience, with a successful track record in sales, negotiation, business development & marketing • Significant knowledge of digital technologies (HTML, XML, JAVA, .NET) • Experience in environment where technology, media, internet and/or marketing are the core activities • Knowledge of project delivery, best practice and KPIs to manage projects • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Result-oriented and focused on permanent organisational improvements to adapt market changes • Ability to be efficient and productive under pressure • Experience in a European organisation would be an asset • University degree or equivalent through experience would be advantageous |
