Job description My client has grown at 25% a year during the last decade through becoming the trusted adviser to over 40 FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 clients in the areas of Energy, Financial Services, Utilities and Public Sector. Their leader’s partner with CEOs and Board Directors in the areas of performance improvement, procurement, leadership development and risk and safety management, to deliver tangible sustainable results. Their current client portfolio includes the like of RBS, HSBC, Abbey, Aviva, EDF, Shell, BP, Centrica, National Grid, Thames Water, BT, O2 & Cable & Wireless to name a few. They have offices in London, Boston and Chicago and runs the H-I Network, Europe’s leading research and advisory business, focused on Innovation, Corporate Venturing and Operational Excellence.

We are searching for a Leadership and Development Consultant with a minimum of 10 years consulting experience, strong project management skills and the ability to demonstrate high capability when managing a team of both clients and consultants. A generalist consulting background of experience, who has developed in, the Leadership and Development area. The ability to develop client relationships that lead to extension opportunities within an existing account.

How to apply Potential search profile:
• Ten years consultancy experience at a minimum
• 2:1 or above degree from a top 20 ranked University
• Strong group facilitation skills
• Experienced and / or qualified performance coach
• Experienced team facilitator
• Track record of designing and delivering successful and impactful development projects
• Ability to develop client relationships that lead to extensions within existing accounts
• Experienced and successful at running a portfolio of clients as a business
• An up to date understanding of business design and strategy

• Well versed in the psychology of individuals and organisational performance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extremely articulate – able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling
• Entrepreneurial nature / self-starter / pragmatic
• Innovative in approach and able to leverage current clients and capabilities for new business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the gravitas to relate well to clients and colleagues at all levels
• Attention to detail with the ability to ensure high standards
