TradeTracker is looking for an ambitious, bright, enthusiastic professional who can demonstrate initiative, self motivation and desire to succeed in this fast paced and challenging role. An excellent opportunity has arisen for Account Manager within TradeTracker UK, a top affiliate marketing network headquartered in the Netherlands as the market leader. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and our growing portfolio of clients. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a results-orientated work ethic to develop a successful client base. You should have outstanding client services skills and have previous experience in the e-commerce and online advertising/marketing sector. You should also possess a keen interest in developing business & affiliates. Previous experience would be highly advantageous. All new recruits receive one week’s initial training in the Netherlands, on-going mentoring, outstanding career development opportunities, and a supportive working environment in which you will be able to develop your career quickly. The role will involve: • Building rapport with existing clients to promote strong relationships • Building Relationships with New & Key Affiliates • Reactivating dormant clients • Proactively helping clients to optimise their affiliate campaigns • Educate clients with regard to the company products • Assisting and educating clients on the platform Personal specification/skills required: • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships • Excellent client servicing skills, ideally from a e-commerce services role • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent • Fluent spoken and written English • Multilingual ability would be desirable • Be tenacious and driven to succeed in a highly competitive and challenging environment Successful candidates will be rewarded with a competitive salary and excellent training and career progression.
