Job description Customer Service & Order Processor Job (temp) in South East London.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist to join our fun team. This is role that require a candidate that has strong customer service skills and an ability to work independently on one’s initiate.

Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. As the voice of the brand is it crucial that you are a confident communicator who would consider themselves a problem solver.

The role is initially a temporary for a minimum of 3 months. We like to think of ourselves as a fun team who is relatively relaxed and enjoys a pleasant environment.

Your Role:

-Responsible for all inboxes, relaying necessary information

-Process return sales back into the system

-Printing and organisation of online orders from multiple selling platforms

-Review and monitor order reports to ensure all orders ship as scheduled

-Picking and packing of products in line with brand standards

-Interact directly with the team to ensure that orders are processed in a manner that delivers the best customer experience possible

-Establish and maintain communications, as needed, throughout the order fulfilment process

-Review, analyse and enter orders in a timely and accurate manner

-Verify pricing, inventory availability and other conditions

-Fulfil sales orders using information provided from shipping facilities

-Assist team members in general office management tasks.
