Job description
ASSISTANT EVENTS MANAGER IMMEDIATE START!

Analyse School Performance Training and Consultancy is currently seeking an equipped and proficient Assistant Events Manager who will be carrying out the prime responsibilities to ensure each training course/ conference is running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have current experience in managing events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Enquiring and booking meeting rooms with hotels to run events at, ensuring that they meet all necessary requirements and budgets
• Liaising with consultants to deliver training on the created dates, confirming training with them and informing them of the location
• Arranging travel and night’s stay for consultants when required
• Arranging in the creation, collection and delivery of bespoke materials in a timely fashion and ensuring they are of the highest quality
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure Marketing Material is updated and distributed effectively
• Creating a daily summary of events including sales and profit figures
• Anticipating solutions for any issues that arise within the planning stage of the events
• Liaising with new consultants to create and provide fresh and new training courses to deliver and ensuring it meets expectations and success by liaising with colleagues within marketing and sales
• Proposing improvements to better the organisations’ efficiency and standards
• Support the Consultant with managing the event during our London Training
• Liaising with clients regarding their bookings
• Liaising with finance to ensure invoices are sent once training is confirmed
• Creating event dates for locations across the country
• Adhoc Administration
