| Job description | We are currently seeking a qualified Nursery Nurse/ Nursery Assistant to become part of our team at our Day Nursery.
This is a great chance to become part of a fun, vibrant childcare setting. Job description The role will require but is not limited to: - Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their parents. - Supporting the children as well as other members of staff - Weekly planning and organising of activities for the children in line with the EYFS - Supervising and caring for all of the children's needs - Monitoring and tracking the children's development - Communicating professionally and create positive relationships with parents and staff members - Administering First Aid when necessary |

| How to apply |
You will have: - Relevant Childcare qualification such as CACHE/NVQ in childcare -At least 2 years post qualification experience working in an Early Years setting from 6 months to 5 years - Excellent knowledge and understanding of EYFS Curriculum - Knowledge of OFSTED requirements and health and safety legislation - Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities -Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - The ability to work well within a team as well as lead a class of children independently - Be enthusiastic, hard-working and passionate - A calm, caring kind nature and a professional approach to your work with children - Be able to work between 8am and 6pm - Have a CRB issued within the last 6 months |
