| Job description | A new Nursery is looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to with the ability to motivate a staff team and promote only the very best standards of education and care for all children. You will be someone who is passionate about all aspects of childcare and education and able to bring new ideas to the role.
You will be someone who has successfully assisted in managing a medium to large settings previously and have a proven track record of achieving excellent standards of care and education. You will have outstanding customer service skills with a focus on setting your nursery apart from other local settings by providing exceptional services in all aspects of the business. As the Deputy Manager, you will: • Assist in providing effective leadership and management to the nursery in line with all statutory requirements, alongside the nursery’s values. • Be accountable in assisting in the day-to-day running of the nursery and being the drive for the delivery of a high quality experience for children and the management of all business aspects of the nursery. • Have Strong leadership as this will ensure there are clear expectations for the team to meet the needs of children, the expectations of families and to maximise opportunities to attract potential customers. • Ensure all policies, procedures and curriculum are implemented and adhered to at all times In return, we offer excellent rates of pay, bonuses and benefits with ongoing support and career development. |

| How to apply | In order to be considered for this position, you must have:
• Proven success as a Deputy Manager within an early years setting • 3 years' post-qualification experience and 2 years' relevant supervisory experience • Hold a full and relevant child care qualification such as EYPS/NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent • Ability to lead a large team • Demonstrate excellent parent partnerships • Confidence and assertive • Knowledge of OFSTED standards, excellent knowledge of the EYFS • Organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a staff team |
