| Job description | A high end building company based in Fulham is looking for a highly motivated project manager with good knowledge of construction methods and up to date with the latest building and AV technologies and must be available for immediate start.
The job requires a high level of self motivation as you will be responsible for meeting clients, providing quotations and managing the project whilst keeping to budget and project deadlines. Urang Renovations operate both in the residential and commercial sectors ranging from loft conversions and kitchen extensions, to multi-storey hotels and office refurbishments. The majority of our work comes from return custom and word of mouth so building client relationships is vital to the growth of our business, we are a small team but work well together. We are seeking a project manager who has 3-5 years experience, a CSCS Project Manager’s card and a keen eye for detail. Project managers from a trade background will be considered as long as they have been in a site manager position for a minimum of 5 years and are able to cost projects. All applicants must be competent on a computer, especially MS Word and Excel; they must have a good telephone manner and be fluent in English. An English driving license would be good but not essential. This is an exciting role, highly varied, sometimes stressful but always rewarding. |
