Smartt is a fast-growing web and marketing agency headquartered in Vancouver, Canada; and is looking for enthusiastic Graphic/Web Designers to work on contract with our overseas teams, delivering top quality products and services to clients in North America. The role you will play is: Designing promotional banners (static and animated), special sections, splash, landing pages, and printed promotional materials. Working closely with Smartt team members to see projects to completion. Creating web and graphic mockups for client modification and approval. Your important deliverables will include: Delivering creative pieces based on specifications and briefs. Delivering updates and projects on-time and to the stated standards of quality. |

| How to apply | The knowledge, skills, and experience you will need to do these contract jobs are:
At least 2 years of experience in commercial design. Fluency in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and HTML. Familiarity with contemporary design trends and design history. Understanding of Graphic design principles and interaction design. Creativity with a commercial view, conscientiousness and attention-to-detail. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work within tight deadlines, and multi-task various projects in an organised manner. Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills. A talent for being proactive, friendly, reliable, organised, enthusiastic, and motivated to work hard. The ability to work in an informal and fast-paced environment, including the ability to work hours that will effectively connect you with our various overseas teams. |
