| Job description | Striving for brand awareness of Design Network Enterprises new venture for talented independent designers. . We are looking for bright talented and independent designers to enter your designs towards the goal of making our first collection for Spring/Summer 2012. Whether you are an amateur, a student, employed or unemployed we want to hear from you - We strive towards discovery of new talent and endeavour to offer a range of products to our consumers.
Our ethos and USP ensures bright talented designers of high street fashion wear and accessories can break into the marketplace with the backing of a dedicated supportive brand. Our target audience for this venture will be multi cultural, fashion forward women between the ages of 18-40. Our in house web programmer is currently piecing together our website, which is central to our success and the platform for growth, which, in addition, will provide an online portfolio for each and every designer from past and current collections. Together with this platform, we will be incorporating all social media resources to strengthen the brand once we have taken our first collection to market. From a financial aspect, designers take a majority percentage of their sales with a suitable commission given back to Design Network Enterprises to cover the cost involved in marketing and promoting products. We truly believe in supporting our designers, and therefore we partially subsidise our enrolment fee to £20, which covers your initial web administration, online portfolio and any paperwork and formalities associated with joining DNE. An additional £3 is payable, per product per collection We also aim to help designers by providing subsidised professional photography and modelling where necessary. We are happy to reassure all designers that a full refund will be issued in the event that your products are not taken to market in our newest collection although we do scrutinise all products, while looking for great design and quality before acceptance and DNE will request no payment until such time as it is agreed that your products will definitely market with us for Spring/Summer 2012. As we expect a high demand for entrance into our SS12 collection, please email us in the first instance, with any question and to request an application/information pack. Please note that final designs for collection SS12 should be submitted no later than 15th November 2011. |
