| Job description | This is a pivotal role within the business, and the successful applicant will take the lead spot in a team that will be growing aggressively over the course of the next six months.
The successful candidate for this role will: • Take the lead spot in a new team of Merchant Services Executives that hold responsibility for all client relationship management. • Creating interest among clients and get them run their experiences with our travel planning tool. • Educate clients on new initiatives when appropriate. • Work to resolve issues that threaten the health of business relationships. • Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance client loyalty. • Communicate sensitive news to clients such as the need for a change in contractual terms, or issues. • Manage internal and external customer service level agreements. |

| How to apply | · Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
· Managerial or ‘Team Lead’ experience within this capacity would be preferable, though not essential. · Proven ability to execute organisational objectives and develop strategic plans to resolve issues in a fast paced environment. · Outstanding verbal and written communication skills · Ability to manage stressful situations well, and to juggle multiple client issues simultaneously. · Strong negotiation skills. · Strong analytical abilities. · Good level of computer literacy. |
