Job description Have you got an extensive B2B background? Are you looking to develop your career with a forward thinking company?

As company that specializes in bespoke corporate gifts for the end users and consumers we are looking for high achieving Business Development Managers across the UK with industry experience to drive new business, surpass targets and be an ambassador for the brand.

You will be responsible for driving a new creative product into some of the best known companies, blue chip organisations and government departments in the UK and across a wide range of sectors from Healthcare to Financial to Education. You will drive new sales, develop and account manage your own territory.

We are looking for an outstanding New Business Development Manager with a proven track record in new business generation and experience in the promotional and merchandise market. You will possess a first class telephone, face-to-face and written communications skills, plus, the ability to communicate at ALL levels together with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to inspire trust in others. You will present yourself as a very credible professional to Senior Marketing Manager, purchasing, HR managers CEO’s and MD’s (the targets) and be prepared to do this on a commission only basis until such time as we can make other arrangements.
You will be self motivated, tenacious and enthusiastic with the ability to hit the ground running.
You must have an impeccable appearance, own car, phone and laptop and candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.

You’ll enjoy the benefits of an uncapped straight commission scheme plus bonuses and rewards. The successful candidates will be rewarded with a commission structure of up to 10% of gross profit generated. These are high ticket packages with potential earning therefore enormous (in excess of Ł70,000 OTE.) assuming you have the proven track record and are able to start this role with a big bang.

You can be based anywhere in the UK, though larger in the south east, midlands and the north would offer greater potential.
