Job description An exciting opportunity to join a new team, with the re-opening of a Gastro Pub in Highgate, North London. We are currently looking for a Head Chef, who is extremely passionate about food and has the motivation to succeed in a challenging new role.

The Head Chef role will include:
• Menu creation and development including costing
• Being able to build, maintain and drive a strong team.
• Stock control
• Keeping all health and safety and legal requirements up-to-date

The pub will serve seasonal British food and we are looking for a Head Chef who is passionate working within a fresh food organisation and keen to build a reputation.
Job type Full-time
Job location Highgate, North London
Salary 25-29k plus bonus depending on experience
How to apply Previous experience in a quality food led business ideally in a Gastro Pub or Restaurant is essential.
