| Job description | An exciting opportunity to join a new team, with the re-opening of a Gastro Pub in Highgate, North London. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager, who is extremely passionate about great service, food and pleasing customers. We are looking for an experienced and diligent Assistant Manager who has the motivation to succeed in a challenging new role. Previous experience in a quality food led business ideally in a Gastro Pub or Restaurant is essential.
The Assistant Manager role will include: • Staff training and development • Managing front of house and kitchen team. • Stock control & ordering • Keeping all health and safety and due diligence up to date This role will include supporting the General Manager in all aspects of pub operation and is a great role for someone with a passion to progress and build a reputation for themselves and the pub.
