| Job description | We are currently looking for a junior developer with demonstrable expertise in the creation of fit-for-purpose, web-based solutions, in a variety of coding languages and server environments.
You do great back-end stuff and can add enough front-end design for it to work for customers and clients. Key responsibilities: Receive, digest and clarify briefs as they come in Estimating time and resource requirements Plan and schedule the development of web-based technology solutions/prototypes in an agile fashion Design, develop and deliver to brief Proactive in presenting options, suggesting augmentations and alternatives with the aim of improving the end deliverable if/when practicable REQUIREMENTS Demonstrable understanding of the following: HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MYSQL, JavaScript (JQuery), MS Access, Apache, Beneficial if also capable in: AJAX, Wordpress, Mobile App development (Android, iOS, iPhone, WindowsMobile), MS Office, Flash/Actionscript Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Ability to create fit-for-purpose solutions Ability to handle data feeds Ability to adapt, augment and optimise legacy solutions Good understanding of opportunities/effectiveness/limitations of online marketing channels and best practices Ability to present and demonstrate to Stream:20 directors |
