| Job description | We are a Property Consultancy based in London, UK specialising in matching motivated sellers and cash buyers in order to achieve a quick sale.
We are currently recruiting London based Property Consultants, who will generate leads that are motivated to sell their property quickly and at a discount. This will entail building relationships with property professionals in your local area, advertising in your local area, online marketing and finding creative ways to locate motivated sellers. In addition to this the successful applicant will be expected to negotiate and close deals with motivated sellers. Previous experience in sales and negotiation is desired but not compulsory. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, target orientated, have exceptional inter-personal skills and be willing to go the extra mile in pursuit of completing a deal. This position is on a commission only basis. For every sale the Consultant completes, they will earn 10% of any profit generated by the company.
