As a Quality Service Manager for this household name brand, your main duties will revolve around supporting the General Restaurant Manager. The Quality Service Restaurant Manager will play a major part in providing a unique fusion of fantastic food, delightful drinks, authentic atmosphere and stupendous service.

The Quality Service Restaurant Managers main responsibilities are many and varied and to name a few:
• Ensuring that customers' expectation's are surpassed
• Resolving any issues that customers may have and turn these issues around to ensure the legendary dining experience that this company are famous for
• Recruitment, training and staff development for new starters and current team members to the company’s high standard
• Ensuring that team members are fully motivated by turning your vision into theirs
• Make valued contribution to P&L and target setting
• Ensuring that every task that your team and yourself take on are completed to the Companies legal requirements, standards and procedures
• Identifying and implementing plans to drive sales and footfall
• Taking responsibility for the store in the General Restaurant absence
• Having fun whilst running great shifts!
