| Job description | We are a private company owned fully by Vincent, a 30 year old entrepreneur on a mission to bring real healthy food to the masses. Set up in 2005 with the vision of providing healthy, fresh and satisfying food, Tossed specializes in fresh tossed to order salads as well as a range of smoothies, juices and sandwiches. We are a fun, lively company. We have team outings every month, lots of parties and a good social life outside of work. We currently have 7 London stores but are planning and opening many more. As we grow there will be many opportunities within this company and we want people that want to grow with us. As a Barista you will need to have a warm and friendly personality, and be able to work at a fast pace, comfortable with morning rush hour! You will work closely with the manager to grow the coffee sales, and to help maintain quality and consistency with every cup. You will have proven barista experience, a minimum of 6 months in a fast paced environment is essential. Working hours will be full time Monday - Sunday with 2 days off per week and flexible hours. Starting salary after training £6.50 for over 21’s and £5.75 for under 21’s.
