| Job description | We are looking for someone who wants to work for an Estates Agent as a Property Negotiator.
Your role as a negotiator will be extremely varied; you will divide your time between our office, and being out and about on viewings. Building relationships with tenants and buyers, understanding their requirements and arranging viewings before sending them off to view some of many of properties we have on our database. Updating your clients (landlords and vendors): You will learn every process from start to finish so that you can well inform your clients. This includes dealing with landlords and tenants, the signing of contracts and the most rewarding part of the job handing over the keys! We will help you to maximise your existing skills while teaching you new skill sets to ensure that you are duly confident in your role and able to achieve your goals, the rest is up to you.
