| Job description | This senior role requires an experienced procurement professional that will be responsible for ensuring the University achieves best value from specific high-value capital to revenue acquisitions.
The post holder will manage the procurement and delivery of contracts from goods to wide-ranging professional services and works. This will involve working closely with internal stakeholders in understanding their needs, gathering management information and nurturing the whole procurement lifecycle. You will be required to drive these projects by applying influence, flexibility and tact. You should be MCIPS qualified or studying towards achieving it with strong negotiation and communication skills. An understanding of Public Sector procurement principles is advantageous.
