Job description A growing claims management company based in West Hampstead, North-west London, are looking to recruit an General Office Assistant to join our small busy company.

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 18:00.

The role will involve the following key tasks:
- Answering the phones
- Dealing with customers on the phone
- Filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning & mailing
- Data entry
- Chasing outstanding customer invoices
- Ordering office stationery
- Daily Banking
- Administrative Support (use of word processing, spreadsheets, emails etc.)
- Operating basic office equipment
- Ad hoc office / administration / clerical duties

Salary: £8 per hour, references required.

How to apply Candidate background:
You will have excellent interpersonal, organisational, communication skills with a ability to use tact and remain calm under pressure. Previous office experience, as well as software and IT knowledge, would be an advantage. You must have the ability to use initiative and adopt a flexible approach to your work.
