| Job description | The Food Halls currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team on the Fish Counter on a temporary basis. The Fish counter sells a wide variety of the freshest, seasonal fish from the seas. The fish are beautifully displayed across the counter and the products are prepared to customer request.
The role will involve serving the customers, giving them advice about the products - how to prepare, cook, related products etc, tending to the counter displays, preparing the fish as requested, following health & hygiene procedures and keeping the area clean. We have full and part time vacancies from November 2009 until January 2010. This role will ideally suit a person with a real passion for fish as well as food in general. You must have had some previous experience within fish retail and be comfortable handling the products. A flair for selling and customer service is also an important trait that is required.
