Job description We are looking for a full time experienced wood-fired oven Pizza Chef to join the team in our exciting new restaurant in London's Natural History Museum.

You should have experience of making great thin and crisp-based pizzas from the freshest ingredients. Two years experience of pizza making and cooking essential. Knowledge of portion control, dish specs, stock control and rotation - good knowledge of hygiene and food safety is a must.You will also need to demonstrate proficiency, speed and organisational capabilities.

Must be able to work alone and as part of a team. A high level of spoken English, good communication skills and immaculate presentation are essential.

You must be very passionate, creative, hard working and honest, with a great sense of humour. This is a 7 day restaurant and all chefs work straight shifts 5 days out of 7 (including weekends but no late evenings). Average 40 hours per week. Wage is negotiable depending on experience.

A valid EU work permit or passport is vital and must be produced during the preliminary interview and before any position can be offered.
