| Job description | Wow are you an excellent driven restaurant manager? We are currently looking to recruit a new restaurant manager based in London in a top establishment and welcome applicants from all restaurant backgrounds.
Are you enthusiastic, great with people and can run and motivate your team. Do you enjoy working in a busy high volume operation? The ideal candidate will have a couple of years experience in a very hands-on management role where you have lead from the front. You will oversee a team of around 30 staff and will work with the general manager to help development of the business, the menu, the team and profits. The operation times are 10pm - 10pm 7 days a week and you will be expected to work 5 days from 7 averaging a 45 - 50 hour week. Salary offered is £24,000 - £26,000K + 20% bonus.
