| Job description | Absolute Taste delivers consistently exquisite food to your private or corporate business aircraft at every London and South East England airport.
Growing from the demands of our regular clientele, Absolute Taste Inflight is now a dedicated division of the company geared to providing a 24hr professional and efficient catering service to the airport of your choice. Absolute Taste offers a totally bespoke catering service for the aviation sector. Ensuring food is sourced from a handful of carefully selected suppliers we guarantee our food is fresh and full of flavour. Our operations team strive to ensure we meet our clients every need, guiding them through menu choice, sourcing a special wine or perhaps collecting a present or stocks from a special boutique. We are currently looking to recruit a Quaility Controller to work closley with both our operations team and our chefs. In this role you will coordinate with our Chefs and Operations team to coordinate all aspects of the inflight meal this will encompass the following: 1) Checking the finished meal corresponds to what was ordered by the client 2) Sourcing items requested by the clients eg newspapers, hampers, wines etc 3) On occasions driving to the airport to meet the client This role is initially a part time role which will be Saturday and Sunday 12pm untill 9pm however there is potential for this to become a full time role as of January.
