| Job description | Exciting opportunity now available for an experienced assistant manager to join our expanding company.
Responsibilities include: * opening and closing duties * cash management, banking etc * stock management * service and standards * legislation The Person You must be a hands on manager with high levels of enthusiasm and have a keen eye for detail. Some cocktail and food experience is preferred however not essential as in house training is provided. Being a growing company the opportunities available for progression are endless for those who show potential and prove themselves as assistants.
