| Job description | City based property brokerage requires an experienced Consultant to promote and sell UK land with either outline or full detailed planning permission already achieved to private investors.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a structured sales approach and show a genuine interest in finance and investment. Experience of selling directly to private investors would be beneficial but training will be provided. Successful applicants will be professional, well presented and articulate. It is essential that applicants can demonstrate their sales ability and track record at interview. The majority of our business is conducted by telephone but where required some international travel may be involved. Strong performance will be rewarded with high commissions (OTE £60,000) and the potential to manage your own team. We are a new business that requires ambitious, and genuinely dynamic sales people to help take our unique investment product to market.
