This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Director to take on a challenging and rewarding position in a thriving market. This is a field based position with travel in and around the UK whilst being based in the South of England.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a net turnover of £20 million plus and will be fully accountable for managing and developing this prestigious contract, both operationally and financially to the highest levels of service and quality standards. You will be managing and developing a team of 4 dynamic Sales Executives and Managers whilst meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.

How to apply Essential Skills:
(Please note only candidates with the following criteria will be acknowledged)
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar director/ management role as well as a proven track record
* Financial responsibility of an annual net turnover of £ 20 million +
* Experience managing a team of over 4 executive staff members/ managers
* Existing client and supplier relationship building
* The ability to compile and integrate active and prominent sales and operational strategies
* Strong financial acumen
* Keen Industry knowledge
* Advanced IT and software knowledge including budgetary report compilation
