| Job description | This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Field Sales Manager to recruit and develop a team to promote an innovative cash flow and cost reduction solution to small and medium enterprises throughout your specific region.
In partnership with a major blue chip financial organisation we are able to offer an exciting finance solution based around card payment processing facilities at highly competitive rates plus business loans and cash advances as well as an advisory service to manage and reduce business overheads including utilities and insurance costs. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer cash flow solutions to small and medium sized businesses without excessive security and credit checking methods. Working closely with our National Sales Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of a sales team for your region. We have in place a 12 month professional development programme for all sales staff and are currently working towards IOP accreditation This is a commission only opportunity with realistic first year earnings in excess of £100000 and commission is paid fortnightly. The sales process is simple and requires no up-front cost to the client and the sale can be completed within 10 days ensuring quick commission payment.
