Job description Our client is an international banking corporation with offices in the heart of the city of London. They are due to begin their appraisals in January 2009 and are therefore looking for someone to start as soon as possible on a 3 to 6 month contract basis to assist with this appraisal procedure.

In essence this role is a Performance Management Helpdesk position and our client needs someone who can offer support on the newly implemented Performance System which is being used globally across this organisation. The candidate will be working within the L & D team and will be responsible for answering queries from people across the bank regarding how to use the system., what the point of the process is and how to complete all the necessary admin surrounding it etc.

The ideal candidate needs to have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with people across the world both over the phone and, in some instances, face to face.

It is essential that you have previous Performance Management experience and come from an HR background, ideally from within a large corporate environment.

Salary £27000 - £29000 per annum
