| Job description | My client are a dynamic tour operator in Woodford area of Essex/London and are looking at recruiting new members of its reservation team due to an influx of business and calls.
This is a call centre environment with a large amount of calls coming in on a daily basis from both the members of public and travel agents that want to enquire and make bookings. The working atmosphere is team orientated with lots of encouragement between colleagues and team leaders. There is a fantastic, busy atmosphere where you can really flourish. My client are offering a travel consultant with previous travel reservation background in either a travel agent or tour op to join and be trained up in the tailor made department using a CRS (full training given) which is very beneficial to your future career. You will be required to work Mon - Fri shifts between 9am - 6.30pm Saturdays 9am - 5.30pm with one day off in the week.
