| Job description | Dr Marion Gluck is a private GP who specialises in women's health. She is respected as one of the finest and sought-after private doctors in London. Dr Gluck runs a small, highly-professional clinic in Notting Hill with a friendly and informal atmosphere. Dr Gluck has a select clientele from all over the UK and Europe, and they have come to expect a high level of service and professionalism from her staff.
We are looking for a permanent full-time receptionist/assistant who can communicate with patients via email and phone, make appointments, manage patient files, take payments and do day-to-day office administrative tasks. Since this is a small, private office the working atmosphere is informal and intimate. The applicant will have the opportunity to foster a friendly and laid-back relationship with their employer. This is a family business and we try to keep things as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The applicant should be ready to start work soon.
