| Job description | Franco Manca Group is a new Italian restaurant-formula, popular for its slow-rising sourdough pizza base (minimum 20 hours) and the organic Italian or locally sourced ingredients.
We are currently looking for a Pizza Chef/Fornaio to join our dynamic team in the branch in Chiswick High Road. This role will be full-time based on a flexible weekly rota which includes evenings and week ends. You will be preferably living locally as night shifts end not before 11.30pm.
