| Job description | We are looking for someone who is able to provide a high level of service and support on a day-to-day basis of a Private Household including the Office when required to assist the Butlers, Chauffeurs, Valets and other General Driving Duties as Directed by the House Manager.
Working on a shift pattern from 07.30am - 18.00pm (40 hours per week), flexibility to work on weekends is a must. Main Areas of Responsibility: * Ensure all office kitchens are fully stocked with tea and coffee provisions on a weekly basis * Ensure all office stationery cupboards/stores are fully stocked on a weekly basis * Collect mail, order Courier and driving duties as required * Carry out basic maintenance duties on office equipment * Assist with Household events and Office parties as required * Cover reception on an ad hoc basis * Arrange the re-fuelling and cleaning of office vehicles with other Orderlies * Assist Head Butler and valeting as required * Undertake administration and maintenance of the Office bicycles and equipment * General office duties such as receiving, storing and issuing all stationery items and checking invoices * Any other duties as requested commensurate with the post * Comply with all health and safety rules and regulations ensuring own and others' health and safety at all times.
