You will be a strong character who can lead a team and be able to work to the highest of standards. The company pride themselves with their client portfolio and providing top quality Japanese cuisine. They offer take-away service and a restaurant service. You should be highly skilled with Japanese cuisine and have lots of creative flair to provide development with their menus. You must have good communication skills and be able to direct a team.
