| Job description | The Rose & Crown is a busy local restaurant found in the heart of Highgate Village. Open for just over a year, owned and run by head chef Gareth Thomas, it has developed a reputation amongst locals for providing exceptional quality in both food and service. With a 40 seat restaurant, bar area and garden courtyard there are many dynamics to this venue.
We are looking for a General Manager who has: - A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service - Experience in building a new business - The personality to lead, train and motivate the restaurant team - Previous experience as a General Manager in restaurants or gastro pubs - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Be self motivated and quality driven - Be customer service driven If you believe you are suitable for this position please send your CV and an introductory cover letter to kate@roseandcrownhighgate.co.uk. |
