ALBANS The Colney Fox has been around a while and although there are no records pre dating the 1940's, it is thought that it was originally used as a boy's school. In the 1940's and 1950's it was called The Watersplash Hotel, a venue complete with, restaurant and swimming pool. Now restored and renamed, The Colney Fox is still full of heritage and tradition. The Colney Fox is a high profile, high volume Vintage Inn with 130 seats inside and 130 seats outside together with a13 bedroom Inn Keepers Lodge and busy bar area. We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager with a real passion for high food quality and exceptional standards. You will also be able to demonstrate your skills and a proven track record in stock control and leading and motivating a team and delivering food volume in excess of 1000 - 2000 meals per week.
