| Job description | The Wyndham Grand in Chelsea Harbour is an international, luxury hotel company specialising in offering professional service to all our guests.

Our goal of being the number one 5 Star Establishment in London and our new facilities will include: • A ballroom with a capacity of up to 510 people • Spacious new meeting facilities • New concept Restaurant and Bar set overlooking the Harbour • Luxurious new Penthouses and executive lounge Our vision is very simple but direct: We want the Wyndham Grand in Chelsea Harbour to be the first choice luxury hotel of world travellers and meeting planners alike. We are seeking to employ talented individuals for the following position: Host/Hostess - £15,758.00 PA plus service charge. Our Hostess can assist and participate in maintaining of 5 star service standards within our Restaurant and will be able to meet and greet guests with an enthusiastic and friendly approach and also serves drinks and food and able to assist guests to their seats and make them feel welcome at all times. | How to apply | The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, and enjoy working in a Front facing role as part of a team that meets targets and exceeds all expectations and will have the ability to make all of our guests feel welcome with a simple 'hello' whilst serving drinks with speed and accuracy.
You must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, good food and drink knowledge, a good manner even under stress and able to work 40 hours a week over a fully flexible rota and be committed to achieving a quality service to our guests and SMILE as you are doing it. You must have both excellent communications skills and also a good level of both written and spoken English. |
