The Company You will be working for one of the UK's leading Television providers with their growing online division. Located in the heart of the west end with easy links to most tube and bus routes. The Role You will be working as part of the Consumer sales teams identifying business and site improvements. Your Responsibilities will include Daily analysis of site intelligence to deliver actionable insight Help to develop and optimise reporting function to improve business performance. contribute to site measurement strategy, development and optimisation for websites as well as linking into wider business and media reporting. Support the Head on Online Analytics in the delivery of regular and ad hoc analyses of site performance, propositions, offers, etc. Communicating results to the ECommerce team, Sales organisation, agencies and internal partners. You will have experience & Skills including: Excellent understanding of Omniture Site Catalyst Online reporting and web analytics experience Excellent working knowledge of successful web e-commerce and self service web sites, ideally in an equally competitive service based industry. Experience with qualitative audience tracking Experience with competitive intelligence tools such as Hitwise Knowledge of emerging web and wireless technologies and best practice (e.g. personalisation, web sites on mobile devices) |
