1. Erect a solid stud partition wall which is approximately 10ft long, with fireproof plasterboard and finish with a plaster skim. 2. Remove a kitchen, washing machine a gas cooker, carpets, old wardrobe and wooden flooring. 3. Use a self levelling compound for the floor. 4. Tile kitchen floor and walls 5. Sand skirting board, undercoat and gloss. 6. Fit new kitchen with appliances, sink, and electric lighting. 7. Lay wooden floor in living room area, bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. 8. Fix plaster coaving, sand and emulsion. 9. Remove a radiator and cap off. 10. Relocate one radiator. 11. Fix light fittings |
