| Job description | We are looking for a part-time permanent Nanny/Mothers Help/Housekeeper to start immediately. We are looking for someone who is free to work every afternoon Monday to Friday from 2-7pm.
We have two boys aged 11 months and 4 years. Duties will include school pick-up, supervision at playgroups, organisation of play dates and outings and after school clubs, supervision of homework, preparation of healthy meals (so good cooking skills are imperative), household laundry and ironing the children's clothes, tidying of childrens' playroom, bedroom and kitchen and bedtime routines and any other duties which would help out. We would also like someone to be free for babysitting once a week and occasional help at weekends too if possible. You will have at least 5 years experience working with young children and babies/toddlers and particularly enjoy working with boys! Therefore you will have lots of energy, enthusiasm and patience! Above all you will have a warm natured and kind personality and know how to give just the right amount of discipline and have lots initiative when dealing with situations and challenges which young children continuously present you with! You will be very organised, a very good cook, fun and happy personality with good time management skills. A clean, neat and tidy appearance is also important. Ideally your first language will be English. You will have a excellent references and a track record of good health. We live in Chelsea, SW10 near Chelsea Harbour. Our nearest tube is Fulham Broadway, Sloane Square or South Kensington. Buses who drop off close to us 14, 11, 22 and we have an overland train station at Imperial Wharf about a 10 minute walk. We will give preference to candidates who live close by in Fulham/Battersea/Putnery/etc. You should have a valid working visa if a non EU national and free to work for at least the next nine months. You will have also a CRB check in place.
