| Job description | Our client is one of the world's leading event agencies with multiple offices in the UK and overseas offering services including venue finding, incentive travel and event management to an impressive client list. Events can range from small meetings for 20, to large scale conferences for 1000’s and bespoke incentive travel trips and clients from a broad industry spectrum.
Due to fantastic growth and development there is now an opportunity to join one of their offices in London and get involved in some very exciting projects as a Senior Project Manager. It is essential that you are an event manager in an agency currently and have worked on complex events of at least 200 pax. Experience of pharma events is desirable although you would work on a range of industry sectors, overseas events experience is also important. Responsibilities will include: • Full event management and client contact • Putting together event proposals • Venue finding • Delegate registration • Budget management • Supplier liaison • Booking flights and accommodation • On-site management • Account management and encouraging business development If you are currently and event manager in an agency and are looking to progress your career with an exciting company then please get in touch with me as soon as possible!
