| Job description | This is an exciting opportunity to work within our new concept restaurant.
PizzaExpress has over 370 restaurants in the UK & Ireland – and no two of them are quite the same. From high profile, high turnover operations in city centres and shopping complexes to more quiet neighborhood restaurants, each has its own special character. Using the best and freshest ingredients, you'll produce great tasting food that our customers will come back for. And, in true Italian style, working in an open kitchen, you'll play a part in creating a sociable atmosphere. Don't worry if you haven't had any formal training as a chef. As long as you've had some experience in a catering environment and have a genuine love of food, we'll give you all the training you need. In return you should be enthusiastic about what you do, and willing to learn. You should also be able to work under pressure – our kitchen will get very busy!
