| Job description | Salesforce.com Data Integration Analyst/BA
You will analyse, document and propose solutions in support of the clients central IT based delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: Information discovery and documentation of Sales Order Processing systems and legacy CRM systems Analysis of business process through interaction with business users either independently or with other business analysts; Collecting, understanding and communicating data requirements for work streams and translating these into functional specifications and data mapping documents; Documentation of workflows and results of business analysis using standardised approach and tools; To provide link between the business analysts, integration development teams and the technical subject matter experts within a number of the clients business units. Support testing team resources in designing and preparing test plans associated with specification data analysis documents; Provide regular status reports to Integration manager and product owners outlining progress against outstanding work package milestones, issues, risks and dependencies.
