| Job description | Bakery Manager (min 1 year experience).
Salary: From £7 to £9 per hour (depending on experience) + career development. A dynamic and talented Manager is required for a new French bakery/Patisserie and coffee shop based in Central London. You will lead a team of 3/4 team members. You will be Managing a busy shop while meeting budget and sales targets. Achieving and maintaining agreed standards in all areas of operation (customer service, products production and shop maintenance) and ensuring maximum sales and profitability. You will need to satisfy all the requirement of our office catering customers. You will need to be very organized, a fast learner and autonomous. We are looking for a real professional, with sound business sense, financial orientation and proven customer service orientation. You will be a good leader - with a proven UK management experience. The shop runs 5 days a week 7am to 6pm. The job requires 35/40 hours per week. You will require basic computer skills and need to understand both written and spoken English (speaking French would be an advantage). You MUST have at least 1 year of team leader/assistant manager experience within a retail food business similar to Paul, Apostrophe, Eat, Pret a Manger, Costa, etc. You will be part of a growing business and the right candidate will have a great opportunity for career development in long term. www.lemontmartre.co.uk Team member (min 6 month experience). Salary £6.5 pounds / hour + free lunch. We are recruiting experienced team members for the preparation and the sale of our sandwiches, crepes and coffees starting ASAP. You will need to have at least 6 month experience in a similar business in LONDON (Prêt a Manger, Paul, Eat, Starbucks etc) You MUST have perfect English. French language skills would be an advantage too. We are looking for enthusiastic people who are able to work fast and accurately whilst under pressure. You will learn a lot about French food and will work in a very Parisian atmosphere.
