Job description Reliable office manager/P.A. required to work with the Managing Director of a new shipping company.

This is a hands on role and applicants must be prepared to manage the office, greet visitors prepare meetings and teas coffee's for meetings, book travel/trips and regular office work such as filing, printing,typing, telephoning, chasing invoices etc.

Some basic book keeping is an advantage.

The ability to get stuck into adhoc duties and be a little flexible i.e. going to the accounts office or the stationers shop etc.

The environment is professional yet open and interesting and the office is smart and a great place to work.

The team is small and diverse, loud, excitable but fun.

An interest in maritime issues helps but is not essential.

The ability to work on ones own initiative and to be trustworthy is essential.
