Based - London, United Kingdom. Salary - Neg. Blackbaud Europe is a leading provider of software for the non profit industry and is seeking a Business Analyst to join the London, UK based team. The International Business Development Group is a dynamic arm of Blackbaud's International Business Unit (IBU) focused on developing new markets and driving the growth and reach of our international operations. We are seeking a business analyst ( BA ). Based in London the BA'S primary objective will be assist with the execution of the International Markets 2015 Strategic Plan MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, control and implement research activities to identify new and incremental sales opportunities across the International Markets. Plan, control and implement research activities to identify and possible channel partners across the International Markets Articulate recommendations into quantified Business / Financial Cases, including presentation to Senior Management for approval Identify delivery phases into Project Plans and where appropriate, work with the regional resources and country teams to assist with project delivery Ensure regular reporting of delivery against milestones of the International Markets 2015 Strategic Plan Strategic projects on ad-hoc basis - Business Plan presentation to CEO, response to social media, new market / distributor recovery plans etc Provide ad-hoc assistance and where applicable support large scale proposals/RFPs and/or integration of acquisitions into Blackbaud KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Candidate will be of Graduate calibre ideally MBA qualified Proven track record with 2-3 years experience in a Top 100 Company Graduate Scheme or management consulting Excellent commercial awareness with particular motivation for project management, including research of business issue, gaining business case approval and planning project delivery: Innovative approach required combined with the ability to think laterally Natural ability to sell ideas, exploiting persuasion and verbal / written presentation skills Ability to work independently including willingness to act on own initiative Successful exposure to varied cultural environment is a must, additional languages such as Spanish, German, French etc will be a significant advantage Knowledge of the technology industry and channel partner management is highly desirable Please make initial contact either via telephone or email with our overseas based internal recruiter - Nick Forte Internal Recruiter Blackbaud Pacific Pty Ltd Direct: +612 8986 6017 Mobile: +61 424 964 143 nick.forte@blackbaud.com.au |
